This highly interactive course is designed for people who will get involved in Six Sigma improvement projects in their workplace. You will be introduced to the 5 phases, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control also known as DMAIC and given the tools needed to further your journey with the Six Sigma improvement.

Training will be delivered by industry expert with over 15 years experience, Nick Exley.


Course Objectives

Delegates will be able to recognise the steps and phases in a Six Sigma project, know how and when to use certain tools within the Six Sigma Toolbox and contribute their skills and knowledge to ensure the success of Six Sigma projects.

Delegates will advance the knowledge gained in Six Sigma Yellow Belt to a more advanced level

Delegates will learn the Six Sigma methodology and how to use it to reduce project time from six months to six weeks
