As a training company with 20 years of experience, we have developed great relationships with our customers and generally understand what works for all parties. We avoid overfilling our courses and prefer our delegates to interact with each other. Delegates often come from different companies and have mixed abilities, but we ensure everyone gains from the experience. To make our courses viable we need to ensure minimum numbers of attendance. We allow bookings of just one delegate, but these can be subject to rescheduling or cancellation if we don’t get minimum numbers within 2 weeks of the course running.
Bookings may be made by telephone, website or email. Bookings may be subject to change should numbers be insufficient to run the course. You will be notified within 2 weeks of the course date should there be a need to postpone your course.
Payment must be made in full or proforma invoice process completed, prior to the date of course commencement. Payment can be made via the BACS, PayPal or Card Payment over the telephone.
Companies wishing to complete training on account must sign up for a Control 2K Training Account (please click here for Application Form). Applications must be approved prior to booking courses.
Cancellations must be received in writing by email no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to 50% cancellation charge. Failure to provide notice of cancellation or non-attendance will result in 100% being charged.
Your joining instructions will be sent to you no later than 1 week prior to course commencement. Your instructions will include the date and time of the course, plus any special guidelines relating to your visit. Please read these carefully before arrival.
All full day courses include a complimentary buffet lunch. Its is your responsibility to make us aware of any specialist dietary requirements, allergies or preferences during the booking process. Issues cannot be rectified once the course commences.
