This service is available to all Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers for free.
If you don’t have an SLA with us, requests will be charged at our standard daily rates.*
You can set up a Service Level Agreement (SLA) at any time and enjoy the benefits of having support as and when you need it.
If you have a problem with any computer equipment or services supplied by us, such as email, Office 365, server or wireless/internet connectivity, please go to support.control2k.co.uk and choose ‘IT SUPPORT’ from the topic list.
If you have a website with us and an SLA which covers content updates and changes, you can request a Content Update by going to support.control2k.co.uk and choosing the ‘Content Update’ option from the topic list. Changes will be made by a member of the Content Support team in accordance with your contracted response times.
If you have a website with us and you are experiencing problems with the functionality of the site, please go to support.control2k.co.uk and choose the ‘Web Development Support’ option from the topic list. The Web Development team will aim to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Our QMS is used to identify risks and opportunities, manage both internal and external issues, demonstrate continual improvement and monitor metrics, roles and responsibilities.
Our documented Design & Development procedure forms the basis of all projects and covers design and development planning, inputs and outputs for product and process, design and development review, monitoring, verification and validation and any approval requirements specified by the customer.
Validation of customer requirements, the development stages and verification of legal and regulatory requirements for each contract will be conducted through a Feature Driven Development (FDD) Model.
Any Non-conforming product or service is subjected to full and thorough investigation to identify root cause and all necessary action is taken to remedy the fault.
